When booking with the Fountaindale, a non refundable deposit equivalent to the cost of the first nights stay will be charged, balances are payable on arrival. Please ensure when booking your dates are correct, as modifications/amendments or cancellations are subject to an admin charge.
THE FOUNTAINDALE STRONGLY SUGGESTS THAT OUR CUSTOMERS TAKE OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION ON THEIR PART.
